Dr. Otedo founded IKI in 2016. He is a licensed physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is also the CEO of the government hospital in Kisumu.

Violet Odindo is the founder and president of Victory Christian School. She has a bachelors degree in community health and development and is currently pursuing a masters degree in public health.
Earl Shirk is the president of IKI and the president of two RE/MAX franchises in Pennsylvania. He has been involved in humanitarian efforts in Kenya since 2004.
